Chris Hilliard brings over 24 years of experience in the real estate industry as one of our newest Real Estate Advisors with Engel & Völkers North Georgia Mountains. Over the course of his real estate tenure, Chris has honed his expertise in various regions, including Central Florida, Atlanta, and his beloved hometown Blue Ridge and surrounding areas.
His journey into real estate began after managing a Caterpillar Tractor Dealership for many years following his college years. In 2000, he obtained his Real Estate License and transitioned seamlessly into the world of real estate, where he ventured into development and learned the ins and outs pertaining to that sector of the business. Chris's accolades speak volumes about his dedication and professionalism in the field, having been recognized as Rookie of the Year and Agent of the Office twice in three years.
Specializing in the North Georgia Mountains Region, Chris's connection and love for the area runs deep, having a vacation home in the mountains since 1980. As a current resident of Blue Ridge, Chris is deeply entrenched in the community and cherishes his direct access to the Toccoa River, its neighboring trails along Aska, and the vibrant atmosphere of Blue Ridge in general.
Beyond his professional endeavors, Chris finds joy in family life, with his husband, daughters (2), son (1), and grandsons (2). Outside of real estate, Chris enjoys sporting clays, golfing, hiking, and immersing himself in the breathtaking landscapes of North Georgia.
