Property Description

Discover your own mountaintop retreat with 12.5 acres spanning six lots, offering exceptional privacy and potential for additional homesites. Survey and soil testing are available, and underground power is already in place. Crafted with quality, efficiency, and authentic mountain character, this custom home features 8-inch circle-sawn tongue-and-groove pine flooring, extensive natural wood finishes, custom bunk beds, and trim sourced from Sisson Lumber. The living area centers around an impressive 42-inch wood-burning fireplace with a hand-hewn mantel. The main level offers an open living area, loft, and beautifully appointed kitchen with custom hickory cabinetry, leathered granite countertops, tile backsplash, copper sink, black stainless steel appliances, and pantry. The private primary suite features a spa-inspired bathroom with a large tiled shower, soaking tub, and electric fireplace. Step directly from the suite onto the porch and enjoy the peaceful mountain surroundings. The lower level includes two bedrooms, a full bath, and spacious living area, plus a bar sink and refrigerator hookup for a future kitchenette—ideal for guests, extended family, or flexible living arrangements. Quality construction includes Hardie siding, a metal roof, 2x6 exterior walls, open-cell spray foam insulation, and tongue-and-groove wood soffits with recessed lighting. Additional features include heat-pump HVAC, an electric water heater, generator hookup wiring with exterior plug-in, and an 800+ foot deep private well. Conveniently located between Ellijay and Blue Ridge and near the Aska Adventure Area, you'll enjoy easy access to hiking, biking, outdoor recreation, charming mountain towns, dining, and shopping. Whether you're seeking a private mountain getaway, full-time residence, or property with future possibilities, this unique retreat offers room to breathe, unwind, and enjoy spectacular sunsets from your own mountaintop haven.
